The great outdoors: a real world remedy

As kids now spend more time with entertainment media, they’re getting less and less time outdoors, despite the mental and physical health benefits.  And whether you are a proponent of children or an advocate for birds, protecting nature in our communities is of the utmost importance.  Birds, People, Communities: An Integrated Nature — Urban Bird champions, enhances, and helps create mixed-use green spaces in communities that serve as educational opportunities, community resources, and native habitat.
